At Sipsy Hemp, we’re committed to delivering high-quality THC-infused beverages safely and in full compliance with state and federal laws. Due to the evolving legal landscape for hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, we only ship to states where direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce sales are explicitly permitted.

We currently ship to the following U.S. states:

Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin, Wyoming

⚠️ This list is regularly updated. If your state isn’t listed, we are unable to ship to you at this time. We actively monitor changes and will expand shipping as laws allow.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Age Verification: All orders require age verification at checkout and adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info via email once your order ships.

⚖️ THC Potency & State Limits

Some states allow Delta-9 THC beverages but require lower potency levels. We adjust our formulas accordingly to comply with the following regulations:

Georgia: ≤ 5MG Delta-9 THC per 12oz
Minnesota, Iowa: ≤ 5MG per serving, 10MG per container
Utah, Oklahoma, Missouri: ≤ 10MG per container
Vermont, Maryland, Hawaii: ≤ 0.5–2.5MG per container
Virginia: ≤ 2MG per package, or a CBD:THC ratio of at least 25:1

Products not meeting state-specific limits will not be shipped to that state.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to product type and legal restrictions. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived THC products in your state
You accept full responsibility for compliance with local laws
You assume all risk related to the purchase, possession, and consumption of our products
